Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving your return.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged products. Contact us at drink@chalab.com with details and photos of the issue.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Opened matcha or other consumables cannot be returned unless defective.
4. Return Process
Email drink@chalab.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Pack your items securely and ship them back using the label provided.
