Refund policy

At Cha Lab LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy to ensure a smooth process.

Returns:

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt. Perishable items, such as Matcha powder or other food products, are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Gift cards
    • Perishable goods
    • Opened items

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at drink@chalab.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to issue a replacement or provide a refund.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at drink@chalab.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If eligible, we will issue you a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to damage or defect.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at drink@chalab.com.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at drink@chalab.com.
